Wellness Coach, New York City
Long before I was a Wellness Coach, I loved baseball. I loved exercise. I loved the magic of play and pushing myself. But somewhere along the way, that magic took a back seat. I started sacrificing joy for achievement.
After college, I chased another dream. I wanted to be the next David Letterman. Comedy was my passion. But in the grind of television, I traded passion for glory. I built a career in game shows. I achieved what most people would call massive success. From the outside, it looked incredible. Everyone told me how lucky I was.
But inside, I felt something was missing.
I was climbing ladders that didn’t feel like mine. I had external success but no internal alignment. The parts of me that loved baseball, comedy, creativity, and connection were buried under stress, pressure, and the endless drive to prove myself.
That was the wake-up call: you can look successful, respected, and accomplished and still feel empty.
What I’ve learned is that true wellness isn’t about what you achieve on paper. It’s about alignment. It’s about bringing your mind, body, and identity back together so the life you’re living feels like it’s actually yours. It is about living a life of joy that comes from your own voice.
That’s why I am a Wellness coach. I help people rediscover their own magic. The part they’ve put aside for approval, success, or survival.
You don’t need to become someone new. You just need to come back to yourself.
